These meters are supplied by AlphaLabs, Inc., and will measure changes in the static magnetic, electric, or RF (>100 kHz) electromagnetic fields. Two of these meters are used with Arcadia, each orientated on a different axis, set to measure changes in the static magnetic field. The output from each meter is then sent to an amplifier box, which filters and amplifies the signal to increase resolution. The output will show the amount of field change in the axis parallel to the meter's long axis. Basically, they measure the derivative of the static magnetic field change, from 0 to 100 microtesla (1 microtesla is equal to 10 milligauss).
